All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Better Built Homes of Alabama or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
Architectural designs and plans created by Better Built Homes of Alabama remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Better Built Homes of Alabama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
